UNRIC Library Backgrounders

The Info Point & Library of the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe (UNRIC) issues backgrounders on various subjects that list relevant URLs within the UN system and are available in English, French and/or Spanish.

Dag Hammarskjöld Library resources

Located at UN Headquarters in New York, the Dag Hammarksjöld Library (DHL) primarily serves delegates of Permanent Missions and UN Secretariat staff. The website of DHL can be consulted in the six official UN languages, and offers research guides and an extensive list of UN resources.

AI for Good Webinar Series

The AI for Good Webinar Series is an initiative of AI for Good, an action-oriented UN platform lead by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The annual AI for Good Global Summit is organized by ITU with XPRIZE Foundation in partnership with 37 sister UN agencies, Switzerland and ACM. 

League of Nations Total Digital Access Project (LONTAD)

LONTAD will ensure state-of-the-art free online access and the digital and physical preservation of approximately 15 million pages, or almost three linear kilometers, the entirety of the archives of the League of Nations (1920-1946). The website serves as a temporary platform to follow LONTAD’s progress, provide selections and highlights of materials from the collections, give access to related resources, and to provide technical information that may be useful to other archives professionals.

UN Archives Geneva Platform

The Institutional Memory Section of the UN Library & Archives Geneva is the official repository for all records of the organization that have enduring historical and administrative value. Fonds and Collections: the United Nations Office at Geneva Archives; League of Nations Archives; International Peace Movements Archives; Private Archives; Collections (i.e.: brochures, pamphlets, visual materials).
