The initiative is a collaboration between the Innovation Cell of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA) with the Qatar Computer Research Institute (QCRI) at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University and independent contributors such as from the University of Southern California (USC) and other institutions.
